1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting 2% payment gateway charges.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please email us at ShreeGanadhish11@gmail.com with your Order ID and cancellation reason.
If eligible, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.
