Return & Refund Policy

At ShreeGanadhish, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings you complete satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or broken product, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Return

• we accept returns in 7 days.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us at ShreeGanadhish11@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to raise a return request.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed courier package until the product is fully unwrapped.
  ⚠️ Without the unboxing video, no complaints will be entertained.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at ShreeGanadhish11@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID

• The unboxing video of the parcel

• The reason for return

Our team will review the provided video. If the claim is found genuine, we will arrange for a pickup.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Damage,defective,replacement or even exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 working days.

4. Replacement

• Replacements will be shipped within 7 business days after the return is approved.

• If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. In such cases, we will refund the amount after deducting 2% payment gateway charges.

• cancellation time – 1 working day.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be allowed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Personalized/customized diaries

• Clearance items
